1) What we collect
- Contact & preferences: name, email, role, company size, service interests, any optional note you submit.
- Usage & device data: IP address, pages viewed, timestamps, and UTM/referrer data; cookies or similar tech if enabled (see “Cookies”).
- Communications: emails we exchange with you (e.g., launch notifications, support).
2) Why we use personal data
- To run the site & keep it secure.
- To register your interest and send launch updates (your consent; you can withdraw anytime).
- To answer inquiries or perform pre-contract steps.
- To improve content and measure interest.
*Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), we must process data fairly, transparently and for specific purposes, and we rely on bases such as consent, contract, and legitimate interests.
3) Sharing & processors
We don’t sell personal data. We use vetted service providers (data “processors”) such as hosting, form/email tools, analytics, and productivity platforms. They only process your data under our instructions and must protect it appropriately.
4) International transfers
Our primary hosting is located in Germany. Where transfers occur outside the UAE, we rely on your consent/necessity and apply appropriate safeguards as described in this notice.
5) Retention
- Waitlist/launch emails: kept until you unsubscribe or for 24 months after inactivity (whichever is sooner).
- Transactional/compliance records: retained as required by law.
- We delete or anonymize data when no longer needed.
6) Your rights
Subject to the PDPL, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction/cessation of processing, data portability, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise rights, email nick@optiexec.com. You can also lodge a concern with the UAE Data Office.
7) Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to operate the site (e.g., security and form functionality).
If and when we enable analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), we will only activate these after you give consent through our cookie banner. Analytics cookies help us understand engagement but are not required for the core functioning of the site. You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
8) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data continuously.
9) Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 18. Please don’t submit data for minors.
10) Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Effective date” shows the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
