Nicholas Pearce is the founder of OptiExec, bringing nearly a decade of leadership experience across private banking and fintech. He began his career in The Bahamas, where he managed investment operations and developed a digital asset team, driving both governance and operational efficiency for high-net-worth clients, before relocating to the UAE to lead transformation projects in a startup banking environment.
Most recently, Nicholas served as Head of Business Transformation at an ADGM-based bank, playing a central role in both the pre-licensing and launch phases. He spearheaded the implementation of a core banking system, SWIFT connectivity, automated compliance frameworks—initiatives that streamlined operations and positioned the bank for continued growth.
Throughout his career, Nicholas has consistently delivered results: from reducing operational costs and building cross-departmental teams to designing change-management frameworks and automating processes with tools like JIRA and Power BI.
His passion for automation, efficiency, and executive-level systems led to the creation of OptiExec, a consultancy dedicated to helping founders, executives, and fast-growing firms unlock time, scale smarter, and operate with clarity.
